The silver lining in my cloud is that my father’s death motivated me to eat and live healthier. I became a chronic label reader and my trips to the grocery store went from minutes to hours.
Later in life when I realized that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in your body, I also started reading the labels of my favorite body products only to realize that they contained harsh chemical preservatives, fragrances and colors.
I was encouraged to make my own healthy body care products and inspired to create a company named after my father - Hamp. Sharing this knowledge and my products with friends and family was a pleasure. Now, I am excited to share them with you!
